What is OSEAN DAO?

OSEAN DAO is an organization designed to invest in the Yacht Market and Yacht Charter industry. The project aims to offer investors a low entry point into the industry, tokenize professional yachts and through their commercial exploitation, to generate revenue.

OSEAN DAO will be a registered LLC company in Marshall Islands and will be legally allowed to acquire other SPEs (single purpose entity), that will hold physical assets. LLC wrapping will serve as a bridge between crypto and real world economies.

What is OSEAN Token?

OSEAN token will be our currency and its smart contract will be deployed on BSC chain. We want OSEAN Token to be the backbone of our economy with the purpose of fueling our investing plans.

How are NFTs connected to the project?

NFTs can only be purchased with $OSEAN. The NFTs will have governance power in the DAO and will be the dividend recipients. Apart dividends, NFT holders will also be members of the OSEAN Club with exclusive benefits such as FREE vacations on a yacht, Discounted pleasure craft operation licenses, participation in events and more.

Why invest in the Token?

The token performance is connected to the project. Regardless if you will buy the NFT or not, the token will be the backbone of our economy and all monetary transactions in our economy circle will be done with $OSEAN! Our goal is to create a currency backed by physical assets from one hand and "new money" stream from business profits on the other that will result in a deflationary token and an increasing market cap.
